(Stopping by from the pretty pintastic party!) This is a Fantastic List! We eat “gluten free” (in brackets because I don’t check *every* single spice or sauce for gluten) but we don’t eat any wheat or grains of any kind, and I never think to consdier Paleo as gluten free but of course it would be. Have you tried all these recipes Sarah ?? Do you have a favorite on this list?

  I’ve created all the recipes. My favorites (so hard to pick a few) Lettuce Wrap Tacos, Red Curry, Paleo Poppers, Peach Cobbler, all the salads. My hubs favorite is the Cilantro Chicken. Let me know how you like them!
