Balsamic Beef Roast

,

BalsamicBeefRoast
Low and slow. Cooked to perfection. I feel like the perfect chef whenever I use my Slow Cooker. My dishes come out excellent every time and I’m not having to stick around the kitchen to tend to them. I would say the Slow Cooker is the greatest invention for busy mom’s. Let’s face it, if you are busy working all day outside the home or busy working in the home with kids you just don’t have to time. Let the Slow Cooker do the work and volia 6- 8 hours later, dinner is served!
Balsamic Beef Roast has become one of our favorite go to meals. Rich in flavor, it’s a one pot meal we love.

Balsamic Beef Roast

What You Need:
1.5- 2 pounds beef chuck roast
1 large onion
2/3 cup of tomato sauce
½ cup Balsamic Vinegar
½ cup water
3- 4 cloves of garlic
5- 6 carrots
3-4 stalks of celery
1 package of Baby Bella Mushrooms
5- 6 green onions
1 tbsp coconut oil

Oh, this looks delicious! I have made something similar, but without the balsamic vinegar. That seems like a great addition. Thanks so much for linking up with the Let’s Get Real hop. We hope you’ll link up again this week.

Thank you for your nice comment. Last week, I unfortunately had very little time. Therefore, I was able to blog again until yesterday evening. There is also a post about the film-festival “Berlinale”.
Happy Sunday to you, Wieczora (◔‿◔)

Thank you for the reminder to get out my crock pot to make some favorite meals…never used Balsamic Vinegar in a roast recipe before and like this idea. Have to pin this recipe for later.
