    Paleo Poppers

    Spicy! These really might be one of the easiest appetizer recipes ever! Paleo Poppers are so simple and  easy to make. Everyone loves if they like spicy and are Paleo or Whole30, Gluten- Free or Dairy Free. if they like jalapeño popper! These Paleo Popper are a healthier version of Popper but without the cheese, breading, and frying. I love anything spicy & jalapeño poppers are one of my favorite football season foods! These jalapeño poppers are Paleo, Whole30, Gluten- free, and dairy- free! Enjoy!!

    Paleo Poppers

    What you need:

    5 Jalapeño peppers (makes 10)
    1 to 1 1/2 cups of ground sausage turkey or pork (*** make sure it is sugar- free, gluten- free and casing- free and has no fillers)

    How to:

    1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2.  Wash & cut the jalapeño lengthways.
    3.  Remove seeds (be careful not to touch anything & wash your hands right away).
    5.  Fill the jalapeño with sausage.
    6.  Place in a glass baking dish

    Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

    Serve as an appetizer or side dish with burgers.

    Delish! Enjoy!

        Thanks for stopping by!! We started adventuring into Paleo a few months ago and it is amazing how good you feel! It definitely requires more planning but I thinks it’s worth it! You should give it a try!!
