Where Every Day Is An Adventure

Paleo Peach Cobbler

Thank You Honey,

Paleo Peach Cobbler

Walking down the aisles of the Farmer Market is like a party for the senses.  Vivid color, amazing smells, and tasty!  We walked up and down the aisles filled with delicious local produce, homemade jams, salsa and pickled items.  Beautiful fresh flowers and tasty baked treats.  We stopped along the way to shop, taste and explore.  Little Dude even had a science lesson learning about “wishing wells”.  The farmers market might be one of the best ways to spend a Saturday morning.  Supporting local farms, buying local and enjoy healthily organic foods!

In my haul, I found delicious fresh corn, tomatoes, broccoli, onions, potatoes, peppers, strawberries, watermelon, and those delicious peaches! Perfect Peaches for fresh Peach Cobbler.

I wonder if you could add finely chopped dates to the flour mixture to add sweetness? Any thoughts?
