    Bunny Cuteness!

    ,

Bunny Cuteness! Easter’s was hopping up right around the corner! Easter crafts, dying eggs & “practice Easter Egg Hunts” too! Little Dude and I made an adorable Easter Bunny Face craft. It was super fun and easy.

This was one of those crafts that I loved making with Little Dude. He was a little independent 2 ½ years- old. He was very into putting the glue on the paper plate. He kept telling me “I do it” and was doing it himself. Little Dude then stuck the cotton balls to the paper plate all by himself. This craft was the perfect project for him. This part of the craft was very fun, easy for him and not very messy.

The next part of the craft required a little more help from me. He was all about dunking his hands into the pink paint. Little Dude loves to do handprint art just as much as I do. I love it! It was so sweet and I loved seeing how much he has grown from an older handprint craft! This craft required some drying time so I started it with him after lunch right before nap. Then while he took his nap both the cotton ball plate and hand-prints dried. When he woke up, we finished the craft.

Little Dude glued on the Bunny’s eyes, nose, and whiskers. I cut out the bunny’s ears and together we stapled them to the paper plate.

    What you need:
    Paper plate, dinner size
    Glue
    Cotton balls
    White cardstock paper
    Pink paint
    Eyes
    Pink pompom
    Black pipe cleaner
    Stapler

    How to:

    1. Put glue all over the paper plate.
    2. Then stick the cotton balls to the paper plate.
    3. Set aside and let dry.
    4. While drying it’s drying, put some pink paint onto a paper plate.
    5. Dip little hands into the paint.
    6. Then press the little hand onto the paper.
    7. Set aside and let dry.
    8. After the paper plate with cotton balls has dried, glue on eyes and a pompom for the nose.
    9. Cut a black pipe cleaner in half, and then bend in half for the whiskers.
    10. Tuck in the whiskers and glue them to the paper plate.
    11. Once the hand-prints are dry, cut them out leaving some white around the hand-print.
    12. Staple the ears to the top of the paper plate.

    Tada Bunny Cuteness!!

    Enjoy! Happy Easter!
