#WhatAmIThankfulFor by Little Dude

Every night we ask Little Dude to tell us three things from his day that he is thankful for. I always love listening to his response. It’s usually school, whatever fun activity he did or if something excited happened.

Then I asked him to draw me a picture answering this question for a guest post on Thank You Honey. He said, “like daddy did”. I said yes, but it will be your own post. Whatever makes you thankful.

{Little Dude ~5 yo}

I answered the question {Read Post}, hub’s answered the question {Read post}, and Little Dude.

Now it’s your turn!

Let’s hear it. We want you to ask yourself this question: What Am I Thankful For.

What am I thankful for? Unscripted, on the spot, and only 60 seconds to say.  Raw emotional and powerful.

Now ask yourself the question. What am I thankful for?

Please join in by answering this question and asking your family.

Write it, video it, show a picture. PLEASE use the hashtag #WhatAmIThankfulFor

    There is no better time than when children are young to begin helping them understand what it means to be thankful and to share that gratitude with others. Seeing the artworks of children is something for which I am grateful.

    I’m thankful that you’re instilling such mindfulness of gratitude and how much difference it makes, in your son. Thanks for involving and engaging more people with your questions – I often feel I struggle to get people participating. You made it really accessible. I like that.
