Fall Favorite Recipes

 

It’s that time of year, that the BBQ Grill gets stored and put away for hurricanes or for the winter season.   Dust off that Crockpot or slow cooker and get it ready for some delicious meals!  These meals are all so easy to prepare and get ready!  Then all you do is put all the ingredients in the Crockpot or slow cooker and turn it on!  It’s just that easy!  You will have healthy, delicious meal, with easy prep -time and easy clean up!!

Paleo RoastEasy pesy one pot meal! You can even make it in your crockpot while you’re at work. This is the simplest roast recipe ever and it comes out great every time. It’s healthy, gluten- free, and Paleo.  Get the recipe!

 

Lentil Soup

I love to plan ahead and have some meals ready! This is one of those meals that you can always whip together. It’s been cold out! Wanted to warm my family up with some yummy comfort food! So decided to make some Lentil Soup! Healthy and packed with protein. And my Little Man loves it!  Get the recipe!

 Mac & Cheese

Mac & Cheese
Adapted from Crockpot cookbook that came with my crock pot. I change the recipe and use organic ingredients, organic whole wheat pasta, and Almond milk. I’ve also added in Spinach or broccoli. And used 3 different kinds of cheese to put a twist on it.  Get the recipe!

  3. Fantastic looking recipes! I have been hearing a lot about Paleo recipes, but have never really looked in to it! I love love using my crockpot in the fall! Makes dinner so easy and Always yummy!
