Working out has always been part of my life in one way or another. From taking different work out classes, yoga, spin, or teaching classes, it is something that I’ve loved doing. Recently, I’ve changed it up, because well you know. Change is good. I’ve taken a break from barre classes & running because I wasn’t getting the results I was hoping to get from barre. I think my body just got accustom to the classes and I was getting a little bored. How to Pack the Perfect Gym Bag Essentials #AGummyYouCanTrust #ad

After researching all the gyms and work out places in town, I found this new gym. It offers a little yoga & stretching, weight training, running, HIIT, and boot camp – a different combination of workouts each day. I love it, and I’m not getting bored {yet}. Which is so important. My body isn’t getting used to one type of work out because each day is entirely different and by the end, I’m a sweaty mess. How to Pack the Perfect Gym Bag Essentials #AGummyYouCanTrust #ad

Now, that I’m back at a gym, I needed to reassemble my Gym Bag. Let’s face it, showing up to the gym without sneakers is a big no, no. It’s important to make sure you have the necessities and make it easy for yourself. I find it motivating to have a gym bag packed and ready to go. If it’s already packed, there are zero excuses why you can’t go. I like to keep my gym bag packed with some staple items, that I always keep in there and never take out. Then I add in everyday items before I leave the house in the morning with what else I’ll need. Check out how to How to Pack the Perfect Gym Bag Essentials!

That is a great way to remember everything that you need for the gym! I usually just bring my water bottle. I should bring everything you mentioned here so that I can get done everything I need to.

Great list! I’m never really that particular about packing my gym bag, so this was very helpful.

We LOVE vitamin C gummies! They are a staple in our wellness pantry! I love how they help to keep us from getting sick in the winter time!

My gym back is a mess and missing half of the items you’ve included in yours. Can you believe I have the kits but no trainers in there? Lol

It seems as though I bring a small bag of luggage bag with me whenever I hit the gym. I have to have my towel to wipe sweat away and a device to play tunes on while getting a workout.

You really thought of everything when it comes to gym bags! I used to carry all this and more when I was a YMCA member.

I always find packing for the gym hard, it is good to have an idea of the essentials I think a towel for the gym and water is most definitely a must.

That is a great list. I like the idea of buying one for the bag and one to keep at home. You can easily rotate them and then if you don’t have one at home you know you need to buy more.

I never go to the gym since I prefer to workout outside. I’ll have to keep this in mind the next time I go to the gym.

I have been going to the gym a lot recently. I often bring a lot of these same items. I love Nature Made vitamins. I always make sure I am well stocked on those.

I don’t go to the gym. I’m not comfortable in a setting like that. It reminds me too much of high school gym class. But, these would all be things that I’d take to the gym, if I went. They are all perfect for a healthy lifestyle.

I will keep this in mind if I ever step foot into a gym. I probably should! I tend to prefer just jogging in the neighborhood. I need to try those adult gummies!

I work out at home these days but when I did go to the gym, I’d always pack my gym bag the night before. These are all great gym bag essentials and I love that you included facial wipes.

I am so lucky that I live about a mile from my gym, so I can go home to shower and don’t have to lug a big gym bag with me. Sounds like you thought of everything 🙂
