Gobble, Gobble…

Easy Thanksgiving Turkey Handprints with Feathers Kids Craft.

We are getting ready for Thanksgiving here! Little Dude is so excited for Christmas I’m finding it hard to not get excited myself with all the decoration going up everywhere. We’ve been busy this week creating our Thanksgiving menu! We’re vegetarians so our Thanksgiving looks a lot different from the “traditional” Feast.
We made Handprint Traced Feather Turkeys! Tracing, cutting, & gluing are great fine motor activities for kids and toddlers. You can mat & laminate them and use them for your little person’s placement at Thanksgiving dinner!

Handprint Traced Feather Turkeys Tutorial

What You Need…

Colored construction paper
Glue
Scissors
Colored feathers
Eyes
Pencil
Optional: Colored tissue paper, Thanksgiving themed foam words.

How To…

1.  Trace your little person hand on construction paper
2.  Either cut it out and glue to another piece of construction paper or leave it where it is
3.  Decorate with color feathers, paint, colored tissue paper, etc.
4.  Glue on eyes and a wobble…
Gobble, gobble you have a cute Handprint Turkey…
