Setting up the Perfect Mother’s Day Tray…
What you need:
Napkins
Silverware
Flowers
Coffee (in her favorite mug)
Salt, pepper
Small dish of whatever condiments she’ll need for her breakfast (jelly for toast, hot sauce, etc.)
Her breakfast. Served on a plate (not a paper plate).
Menu Ideas & Recipes…
Shitake, Pancetta, & Cilantro Frittata
Serve with Mom’s favorite morning beverage (Coffee, Tea, Orange Juice, etc.)

I don’t have a lot of memories from childhood but I always remember making breakfast in bed for my mom on mother’s day. Can’t wait until my kids are old enough for this!
