Carving out some time to spend with friends and meeting new friends can be super hard. Since the school year started I’ve noticed myself waving and saying a casual hello in passing at pick up and drop off at school to the other mom’s in Little Dude’s class. I was in need of some friend time. I’m always up for meeting new people, so I decided to host a Mom’s Morning Coffee for the mom’s in Little Dude’s class.
It was fantastic, most of the mom’s in Little Dude’s class popped in. It was a great way to meet the other mom’s and have some great conversations. We all had such a great time that we decide to do a monthly mom’s night out. I served some delicious fresh fruit, muffins, quiche, and of course some delicious Coffee… Caffè Lattes. I was feeling a little fancy and set up an At- Home Barista Bar so everyone could make their Caffè Lattes the way they wanted. Check it out! How to Create the Perfect At- Home Barista Bar
What You Need:
Sweetener (sugar, honey, etc.)
Milk/ cream
Cinnamon
Cocoa powder
Coffee ( I used delicious Starbucks® Caffè Latte K-Cup® Pods for my Keurig® brewer in Starbucks® signature flavors Caramel, Mocha, and Vanilla. They are made from milk, with no artificial flavors).
How To:
Decide the location of where you want to set up your At-Home Barista Bar and make sure there is an outlet to plug in your Keurig® brewer.
Set up cups, saucers napkins and spoons.
Place sweetener, cinnamon, cocoa powder, milk/ cream into smaller containers.
Set up Starbucks® Caffè Latte K-Cup® Pods and fill the Keurig® brewer with water.
