I’m a boy mom! My life is a 3 ring circus ALL the time. Yes, it is true… I only have 1 boy and he runs circles around most kids and adults! Yes, I’m. a. boy. mom… My Little Dude is just a sweet and active boy! Did I mention active? Always busy, moving and ready for an adventure!
Our life is action packed! With not much down time. I know all the names of the cars, construction vehicles, and planes. I also get very excited to see a fire truck with it’s lights on and yes, I’m elated to ride on a plane. Yes, I’m. a. boy. mom… I know all the tools and all the words to Handy Manny. And yes, I’m awesome at building forts and secret hiding places! I may frequent construction sites and car washes. And I don’t know a thing about dressing dolls! But hey… I’m. a. boy. mom!
I may not know what day it is or “what’s cool” or the “latest fashion”. And I may not know your name but, I for sure know your kids name! I may forget things and do some really dump things. I may grunt or burp but hey, what do you expect… I’m. a. boy. mom.
Complete with my Louis Vuitton, stuffed with a bit of everything and always a first aid kit. I’m ready… to hang from the money bars, clean a booboo; or climb to the top of the trees and crawl through the a tunnel! Impressive right… I’m. a. boy. mom!
I’m always ready for the randomness. Finding pee in the trash cans, face-painting with markers, mud mishaps, or creating a delicious masterpiece out of a whole 6 pack of yogurt. Or whatever mess is lurking around the corner. I’m ready for it! Always have my package of wipes near by! And I’m ready for a game of chase at a moments notice! What can I say… I’m. a. boy. mom!
I’m always late, and you’ll hear us a mile away. I may have the worlds largest bags under my eyes & my hair may not be clean, but hey… I’m. a. boy. mom! I can create a game out of anything and entertain with the best! Action packed fun and adventure are my middle name! What can I say, boy’s are busy and girls are pretty! I’m proud to be a boy mom… And Loving every minute of it!
This will totally be me in a few years! I love that you embrace being a boy mom! Sometimes I’m sad about not having a girl, since it is what was familiar to me, but boys are so crazy fun! It’s a whole different world filled with tons of excitement & I’m sure lots of cars & dirt! 😉

I’m a boy mom and a girl mom. 🙂 But, my boys have taken me by surprise in so many ways!! They are so fun, and energetic. I love having little boys. I just wrote a post about raising my little guys too.

I am a boy mom to two very crazy energetic boys less than 2 years apart. My mom had 3 girls and when she spends time with my boys she always says “wow, you girls were NEVER this busy!”
