What you need…
3 different size embroidery rings
2 large rolls of Tulle
Ribbon
How to…
Cut tulle to smaller pieces, (decide how long you want your Snowman to be and cut tulle that length)
Tie tulle with a double knot to embroidery ring
Then use a piece of tulle to tie all 3 rings together.
Easy pesey!!!
